Affordable Senior Housing That Feels Like Home
Welcoming communities designed for seniors 62+ to live independently with dignity and connection.
More Than a Place to Live. A Place to Belong.
At Vintage Housing, we believe that age should never be a barrier to community, comfort, or independence. Our mission is to offer seniors with limited resources an affordable living option that resonates with dignity and warmth. Each of our 18 communities across Tulsa is thoughtfully designed to foster connection, activity, and quality of life.

What Is Vintage Housing?
Vintage Housing is a nonprofit Oklahoma organization that develops and operates affordable housing for seniors with limited income. We are an affiliate of LIFE Senior Services, a Tulsa Area United Way partner committed to helping older adults and caregivers through programs that support independence and wellbeing.
Each of our properties is an independent living community, not assisted living or nursing care. Residents must be at least 62 years old and socially and functionally independent.
Do You Qualify?
Vintage Housing communities are developed for lower- to moderate-income seniors whose household income falls below 60% of the area median income. All properties rent for below-market rates, and we accept Housing Choice (Section 8) vouchers.
Included Utilities:
Gas, water*, sewer, and trash are included in rent. Residents are responsible for electricity, cable, and phone.
*For residents of Whittier Villas, water is not included and must be paid for separately.
Support for Living Well
Each community offers programming and support coordinated by LIFE Senior Services, including:
Health screenings
Recreation and wellness activities
Resident-led planning committees
Referrals to personal care assistance agencies
Case management support to maintain independence
Note: Our communities are not licensed for assisted living or nursing home care. Residents must be able to live independently.
